where are the best places for teachers to go or what are some great websites that help teachers know more about technology used in a elementary school.

I don’t have any web sites to offer, but I will offer this: when you are using a search engine (like Google or Yahoo) try several different searches until you find what you are looking for. For example: start by searching “Technology in Education”. If you don’t find what you are looking for, try a new search. Maybe “Teaching with Technology” or “Current Trends in Learning”.
The key is to be creative with your searches and try different search engines if you’re not getting good results.

I’m sure there are many, many places, but my facorite is Renaissance Place. They have programs that must be purchesed by your district, but are extremely worthwhile. I love Accelerated Reading, and Math. These programs are the practice pieces for students to build their basic skills. For math facts there is Math Facts in a Flash. Great programs!!!
